This Grade II Listed, five-storey office building in a prime Mayfair location was actively managed to maximise its sale value. Our strategy involved navigating complex legal matters including Party Wall Agreements and Dilapidations, ultimately securing vacant possession to position the asset perfectly for its successful sale in 2010.
