Our vision for Loughview was to create a vibrant, mixed-tenure community from a 47-acre site previously used for military housing. Acquired from the Ministry of Defence, we master-planned the entire estate, refurbishing common areas and integrating community amenities. The project now stands as a regionally successful example of how thoughtful planning can create a cohesive and integrated private housing development.
